<p>You are probably installing this on a Laravel 5.3 install. What version of Laravel are you using.</p> <p>Laravel 5.2 does not have and artisan command to create a symlink to the storage folder which is used in Laravel 5.3.</p> <p>Hope that helps :)</p>
