Who we are

A studio built for momentum.

We're four people who would rather ship than pitch. No account managers, no hand-offs, no telephone game — you work directly with the designers making the thing, and the work moves fast because of it.

What we do

We handle the whole launch.

Strategy, brand, product, and the code to ship it — one team, one thread, no hand-offs.

01

Discover

Positioning, audience, and the one thing your product has to say.
A week of interviews, teardowns, and hard questions. You leave with a positioning line you can actually repeat, and we leave knowing what we're designing.

02

Brand

Identity, type, palette, and the system that keeps it all honest.
Logo, typography, color, art direction, and a living set of rules — built so the twentieth asset looks as considered as the first.

03

Build

Product and marketing design, drawn straight into shipped code.
We design in Figma and finish in Tailwind. Your engineers get components, not screenshots, and the handoff meeting stops being a negotiation.

04

Evolve

Launch, measure, and keep sharpening it after the applause dies.
The launch is the midpoint. We stay on to test copy, tune funnels, and grow the system as the product finds its shape.
Amber took a product we could barely explain and gave it a story, a face, and a website that closes deals for us.

Why us

We're not built like most studios.

  • Discovery decks
  • Account managers
  • Quarterly timelines
  • Screenshots, not code

Most studios

Sell you a process, bill you for the deck, and hand the file to someone who wasn't in the room.

  • Direction in week one
  • Four people, no layers
  • Live in six weeks
  • Shipped in Tailwind

Amber

Show you a real direction in week one, then stay on the tools until it's live and earning.

Client notes

The part we can't design.

Sixty-one projects shipped since 2013

The retainer is a cheat code. It's like having a design co-founder without giving up equity.

Avery Osei

Founder, Copperline

Fastest turnaround we've ever had from a design team, and somehow also the most considered.

Sasha Bakke

CPO, Meadowbank

Our conversion rate doubled within a month of the new site going live. The numbers speak for themselves.

Kai Falk

Founder, Solstice Sauna

Working with Amber feels less like hiring an agency and more like borrowing someone's taste for a quarter.

Quinn Ellison

Editor, Quill & Co.

Every deliverable arrived ready to ship. No 'final_final_v3' folders, no loose ends, no drama.

CTO, Paper Trail

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

Still wondering something? Book a call and we'll talk it through.

How does the retainer work?

One flat monthly rate, one active request at a time. You add requests to a shared board, we work through them top to bottom, and most land back with you within two business days. Pause or cancel whenever you like — unused days roll over.

What if we only have one project?

Single projects are welcome. After a short call we'll send a fixed quote with a timeline — most brand-and-site projects run four to six weeks.

How quickly will we see designs?

You'll see a real design direction in the first week, not a mood board. From there we iterate in small, frequent rounds rather than big reveals.

Who do we actually work with?

All four of us. There are no account managers and no hand-offs — you talk directly to the people drawing the screens and writing the markup.

Who owns the work?

You do — all source files, all rights, transferred as soon as the invoice clears. Your brand shouldn't live in someone else's Figma account.

What don't you do?

Full-scale illustration systems, 3D, and native mobile development. When a project needs them we bring in trusted specialists and stay accountable for the result.
